Cabernet/Shiraz/Merlot – A well-balanced aroma of leather and black pepper gives way to intense jammy flavours of blackberries. The length of spicy flavour from the Cabernet, sweet berry fruit from the Shiraz and softening effect of the Merlot results in a tightly structured, well-balanced Australian wine.

Chat Dormant – A dark, rich, full-bodied wine so smooth it’s like liquid velvet. Hints of plum and licorice in the bouquet lead on to dry, intense flavours of raspberry and strawberry.

Chianti – This blend is famous for its full, dry character and elegant flavours of cherries and blackberries. Sturdy and robust, with tangy undertones and a slight spiciness. This is the ultimate Sangria base. An Italian variety is also available.

Coteau Royal – The soft red hue gives way to a taste experience with overtones of ripe fruit and red fruits. A touch of tannin gives this wine a pleasant finish.

Coteau Sur Mer – This well-balanced wine is both rich and complex. Soft on the palate, it tastes of plum and blackcurrant, with a hint of chocolate.

Domaine Des Brumes – Made from Gamay grapes, this red wine is delicate and fruity with nuances of strawberries, bananas and peaches. Refreshing when served chilled.

Tempranillo – Tempranillo is one of Spain’s classic grape varieties. This medium to full-bodied red wine has pronounced characteristics of strawberry, spice and fresh tobacco. Tempranillo is light on the palate and of medium alcohol content.

Valpolicella – A refreshing, lighter style Italian red. Dry and medium-bodied, this fragrant and fruity wine has a rich texture and delicate bouquet. The well-balanced tannic flavours also make this an excellent wine for aging. Especially good when served slightly chilled.

Hock – A light bodied Riesling wine with an aromatic bouquet and crisp flavour. Enjoy dry or slightly sweetened.

Johannisberg Riesling – This German-style wine produces a dry, well-balanced wine with a spicy, fruity flavour reminiscent of peach and apricot. Although light in colour, it boasts a full-bodied texture and delightful floral bouquet.

Chamblaise Blush
